Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 4 weeks; 4. The guardian of the subject fully understands the clinical trial protocol and agrees to participate in the trial, and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrollable underlying disease; 2. Diagnosis or unique clinical symptoms of chronic GVHD; 3. Uncontrolled bacterial, viral or fungal infection; 4. Known positive for HIV, hepatitis B or hepatitis C at screening; 5. Concomitant use of any other investigational drug within 30 days prior to the start of this study; 6. Cases that are considered unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.
