Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=65 years; 2.ECOG Scores = 1.5 x 10^2/L, platelet >= 100 x 10^9/L, serum total bilirubin = 50 ml/min; 7. signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Occurrence of distant metastasis (such as liver metastasis, lung metastasis, para aortic lymph node metastasis, etc.); 2. Visible peritoneal metastasis, ovarian metastasis, or malignant ascites; 3. Rectal cancer below peritoneal reflection; 4. Recurrent colorectal cancer or primary colorectal cancer that has been resected; 5. Severe abdominal infection or extensive adhesions in the abdominal cavity form an unbreakable separation; 6. Emergency surgery for perforation, obstruction, etc; 7. Individuals with severe cardiovascular, vascular, mental illness, or substance abuse; 8. Allergic to chemotherapy drugs or related medications.
