Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with osteoporosis in our osteoporosis clinic from October 2022 to December 2022(2022.10-2023.10, as retrospective study,2024.01-2026.12 as prospective study)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious complications that affect lifestyle interventions; 2. Planned pregnancy within one year; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Allergic to light exposure; 5. Serious gastrointestinal diseases; 6. Have taken drugs that have an impact on bone metabolism within the past year; 7. Merge other diseases that affect bone metabolism; 8. Under 40 years old; 9. Incomplete collection of observation indicators
