PDT group:photodymatic treatment
Control group:The wound was only coated with saline, without application of photosensitizer or activation of the laser emitter. The photodynamic laser fiber tip was simply circled around the wound.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. Patients who will undergo periodontal surgery in the Department of Periodontology, Ninth People's Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University 3. Informed consent of patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating patients 2. Patients with systemic diseases accompanied by poor control 3. Known allergy to methylene blue 4. 6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficient individuals 5. Individuals who have used photosensitive drugs in the past 3 months 6. Oral mucosal diseases, tumors, or uncontrolled acute inflammation in the oral cavity 7. Smoking or excessive drinking 8. Mental disorders
