Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis with a serum triglyceride level >= 11.3mmol/L. 1. Diagnostic criteria for AP: 2 of the following 3 features are required: (1) characteristic abdominal pain; (2) serum amylase and/or lipase = 3 times the upper limit of normal; (3) CT, MRI, or B-ultrasound showing features of pancreatitis; 2. Diagnostic criteria for HTG: serum TG level >= 11.3mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complications requiring surgical treatment 2. Malignancy 3. Pregnant or lactating women 4. Patients with other serious diseases including liver, kidney, and cardiovascular diseases 5. Patients with comorbid psychiatric disorders or severe neuroses 6. Those who are unable to express subjective discomfort symptoms.
