Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of diabetic foot ulcer in the Remarks; 2.patients with at least one infrapopliteal artery (anterior tibial artery, posterior tibial artery, common peroneal artery) confirmed to be patent by vascular color Doppler ultrasound or CT angiography (CTA) and/or vascular interventional therapy; 3.Age >=18 years old and <=80 years old; 4.The subjects or their guardians could understand the purpose of the study, accept the surgical treatment in our hospital, and have good compliance with the follow-up of the study, and voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe organic diseases, such as those complicated with serious primary diseases of the heart, brain, liver and hematopoietic system or with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 2.Combined multiple injuries and compound injuries; 3.Unable to continue to participate in the study due to own reasons or special conditions; 4.patients with various malignant tumors and advanced stage (malignant tumors up to stage III, IV, and life expectancy less than 1 year); 5.Patients who need to take immunosuppressants and glucocorticoids for a long time due to various diseases; 6.Patients receiving various types of radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 7.Patients diagnosed with lower extremity vasculitis; 8.Unable to cooperate, such as mentally ill patients; 9.Allergic to antibiotic bone cement treatment or allergic to multiple drugs; 10.Pregnant women and patients without self-consciousness.
