Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the selected patients were in accordance with the Consensus Opinion on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases proposed by the Chinese Medical Association in 2007 to establish the diagnosis of UC by a combination of clinical, laboratory, imaging, gastrointestinal endoscopy and pathological histology.and healthy people who meet the age criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 70 years old 2. BMI 28 kg/m2. 3. Pregnant, breastfeeding and menopausal women. 4. Significant abnormalities in blood indicators (e.g. HB<60G/L, WBC<4.0×10^9/L, PLT<100×10^9/L) and autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus. 5. Patients with serious infectious diseases such as hepatitis B, tuberculosis, syphilis and HIV-positive patients. 6. History of gastrointestinal surgery;
