Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 40-80 years; 2.Extracranial or intracranial large arteries atherosclerosis confirmed by CTA or DSA 3.Patient/Legally Authorized Representative has signed the Informed Consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The degree of stenosis in bilateral anterior circulation arteries was >=50% 2. The degree of stenosis in postterior circulation arteries was >=50% 3. Athrosclerosis caused by dissection, arteritis, abnormal coagulation function, hereditary disease 4. Coexisting high risk factors for cardiogenic stroke 5.Evidence of intracranial arterial aneurysm (>10 mm), moyamoya disease, arteriovenous malformation, or intracranial tumor (except asymptomatic meningioma); 6.Severe heart/renal/liver dysfunction 7.Anticipated life expectancy < 1 year; 8.MRI contraindication 9.Any other condition that poses a significant hazard to the subject if mechanical thrombectomy is in the opinion of the investigator
