Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.No gender limitation; 3.Pathologically or clinically diagnosed as a solid tumor; 4.Received at least one cycle of ICI therapy; 5.Thyroid function was tested within three months prior to receiving ICI therapy and was normal, and at least one measurement during follow-up; 6.Had accessible clinical data before treatment with ICIs;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of thyroid disease, including primary thyroid dysfunction, thyroid cancer, and history of thyroid surgery; 2.Central thyroid dysfunction; 3.Treatments that may affect thyroid function, including antithyroid drugs, thyroid hormones, radioactive iodine-131 therapy, tyrosine kinase inhibitors, and head or neck radiotherapy; 4.Severe heart, liver, and renal insufficiency or autoimmune disorders; 5.Acute or chronic hepatitis B and C viral infections; 6.Tumors affecting the blood system;
