18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ability to sign informed consent and willing to comply with protocol requirements; age 18-65; American Society of Anesthesiologists rated I-II; elective colonoscopy; body mass index 18 kg / m2-30kg / m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refused to participate in the trial; Diagnosed with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, or metabolic disease; Neuromuscular disorders and psychiatric disorders; Patients with anemia or thrombocytopenia; Patients who are not cooperative and unable to communicate; History of colectomy or any intraabdominal surgery; Taking anti-anxiety drugs; Allergic or contraindication to benzodiazepines, opioids, propofol, flumazenil, naloxone and other drugs and their drug components; A history of alcohol abuse, opioid allergy, or abuse of such drugs; Patients with uncontrolled severe hypertension; Pregnant or lactating women; Other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.
