Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women: Inclusion criteria: 40 expectant mothers, aged 22 to 35, from Lingnan Hospital, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Be able to communicate well with investigators and understand and comply with the requirements of this study. 2. Healthy volunteers Inclusion criteria: 50 healthy volunteers from Lingnan Hospital, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. 18-85 Years old, 10ml of peripheral blood was collected; he was able to endure venipuncture and had no history of blood or needle sickness; had good communication with the investigator, and understood and complied with the requirements of this study. 3. Tumor patients Inclusion criteria: 50 cancer patients (liver cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, urinary system tumors, breast cancer, etc.) from Lingnan Hospital, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. 18-85 Years old; can tolerate venipuncture and have no history of blood or needle sickness; communicate well with the investigator, and understand and abide by the requirements of this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women: Exclusion criteria are: exclusion of infectious diseases such as hepatitis B; exclusion of serious complications that are inconvenient to collect cord blood; exclusion of those who need to preserve cord blood donors. 2. Healthy volunteers: Exclusion criteria are: exclude anemia and it is inconvenient for volunteers to collect blood. 3. Tumor patients: Exclusion criteria are: Exclusion of those with serious complications and inconvenient blood collection.
