Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of osteoporosis confirmed by bone mineral density examination 2. Age >= 60 years 3. Weight-bearing and spontaneous low back pain 4. Fracture site and diagnosis confirmed preoperatively by thoracolumbar spine X-ray, CT, MRI 5. vertebral body leading edge height collapse=2/3, AOspine is classified as A1/A2/A3/A4;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathologic vertebral compression fractures due to bone tumors or with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis 2. Burst fractures with signs and symptoms related to nerve root, cauda equina, and spinal cord injuries 3. Patients with diseases affecting bone metabolism such as hypercalcemia or hypocalcemia, parathyroid dysfunction, and other conditions 4. Patients with severe hepatic, pulmonary, or renal dysfunction who are unable to tolerate surgery 5. Patients whose manual reduction cannot be patients who can't tolerate;
