Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. According to the Lens Opacities Classification System (LOCS) III grading system, the nuclear color and opacity degree are 2-4 levels; 3. Preoperative intraocular pressure of 10-21mmHg, with a difference of less than 5mmHg between the two eyes; 4. OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) showed no significant abnormalities in the macular and optic disc areas; 5. The pupils can be fully dilated before surgery; 6. Kappa angle=1.0D: Astigmatism correction IOL is used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Follow up time is less than 3 months; 2. History of eye surgery and eye trauma; 3. Merge other eye diseases, including corneal lesions, lens dislocation, vitreous opacity, retinal detachment, macular degeneration, optic neuropathy, strabismus, amblyopia, glaucoma; 4. Serious complications such as ligament rupture, posterior capsule rupture, and explosive choroidal bleeding occurred during the operation; 5. Postoperative complications such as corneal endothelial decompensation, IOL displacement, and macular edema may affect vision.
