Distal peripheral nerve block group:Ultrasound-guided distal peripheral nerve block: 5-8 ml 0.25% ropivacaine was injected around the median, radial, or ulnar nerves, depending on the surgical site
NCBB,Brachial plexus block group at normal concentrations at the proximal end:Ultrasound-guided proximal brachial plexus block: 0.25% ropivacaine 20ml was used to block brachial plexus subaxillary
LCBB,Proximal low concentration of brachial plexus block group:Ultrasound-guided proximal brachial plexus block: 0.125% ropivacaine 20ml was used to block brachial plexus subaxillary

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hand tendinoplasty, tendon release or trigger finger release should be performed at selected time, or hand tendon debridement exploration should be performed at emergency. 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Levels I to III; 3. Age 18-80 years old; 4.BMI <=30kg/m^2; 5. Men and women are not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Peripheral neuropathy; 2. Puncture site infection; 3. Abnormal coagulation function; 4.Injury to the forearm or upper arm; 5. local anesthetic allergy.
