Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Thyroid surgery patients undergoing surgical treatment for the first time; 2.Adult patients (>=18 years old); 3.Patients or their legal guardians are able to understand the purpose of the trial, are willing to cooperate with follow-up, voluntarily participate in the trial and sign a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Graves' disease and subacute thyroiditis were associated with thyroid surgery; 2. Patients with second operation on the same side; 3. Pregnant women;
