Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The number of implants in the electronic periodontal checklist is >=1; 2.PPD>=6mm, BI>=3 in at least one site around the implant in the electronic periodontal checklist; 3.If there are multiple electronic examination records for the same implant, the earliest record that meets the above two criteria shall prevail; 4.Apical radiographs showed bone resorption =3mm in at least one proximal site of the implant or progressive bone loss compared to 1 year after completion of the implant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The information on the electronic periodontal checklist is incomplete or the corresponding patient cannot be found; 2.The implant lacks apical pieces corresponding to the same period (time interval <=1 month) as the electronic checklist; 3.There are obvious deviations in the Angle of projection of the root tip film, which affect the measurement; 4.The implant was removed during clinical examination and/or imaging examination.
