Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient or their legal representative signs an informed consent form with a signature and date. 2. Commitment to adhere to the study procedures and cooperate with the entire research process. 3. No restrictions on age or gender. 4. Patients clinically diagnosed with hyperinsulinemia who require clarification of the etiology, or patients with a history of insulinoma who still experience recurrent hypoglycemic episodes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Patients or their legal representatives are unable or unwilling to sign the informed consent form; 3. Acute systemic diseases and electrolyte imbalances; 4. Patients known to be allergic to GLP-1R receptor imaging agents or synthetic excipients; 5. Patients who are unable to complete the PET/MR or PET/CT examination (including those unable to lie flat, with claustrophobia, radiationophobia, etc.); 6. Patients who, in the opinion of the researcher, have poor compliance or other factors that are not suitable for participating in this trial.
