Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease who underwent colonoscopy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi 'an Jiaotong University from August to December 2024 were collected, and healthy subjects who underwent colonoscopy were selected as controls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Antibiotics were given for 1 month; 2.Bowel preparation was inadequate with BBPS score < 6; 3.Patients under 14 years old; 4.Pregnant and lactating patients; 5.Patients who had undergone previous colectomy; 6.The bowel preparation score was incomplete; 7.Patients who unwillingness to participate in the study;
