Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older; 2. General anesthesia after tracheal intubation after mask positive pressure ventilation; 3. ASA grade II to III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Difficult airways were predicted, such as anatomical abnormalities, history of neck or esophageal surgery, limited neck mobility, and mandibular retrusion; 2. Patients with gastric tube indwelling before surgery and diagnosed gastroesophageal reflux disease; 3. Increased abdominal pressure due to intestinal obstruction or pregnancy; 4. Contraindications with cricoid compression are present
