Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ASA?-?; 2.Tracheal intubation in patients under general anaesthesia;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diaphragmatic injury; 2.Patients with craniocerebral and spinal cord injuries; 3.Those with thoracic deformities; 4.Single-lung ventilators; 5.Establishment of artificial pneumoperitoneum patients; 6.Those who have a history of respiratory diseases, thoracic surgery, chronic metabolic diseases and other diseases that affect diaphragm function, those who have mental disorders in the past, and those who have recently used drugs that affect neuromuscular conduction; 7.Patients with pneumothorax and large pleural effusions;
