65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65-80 years; 2. Able to walk independently without aids; 3. Capable of communicating and cooperating with questionnaires, assessments, and MRI scans; 4. Willing to participate and sign an informed consent form; 5. Not enrolled in other clinical studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neurological deficits (e.g., visual/hearing impairments) 2. Advanced, severe, or unstable comorbidities (e.g., severe primary cardiac, hepatic, or renal diseases) 3. Neurological or psychiatric disorders (e.g., stroke, epilepsy) 4. Diseases causing cerebral dysfunction 5. Metal implants (e.g., fixed metallic dentures, pacemakers) or other contraindications to MRI.
