Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patien's aged less than 18. 2) ASA classification ranged from I~IV and undergoing non-cardiac surgery. 3) Receiving general anesthesia (including inhalation anesthesia, total intravenous anesthesia and intravenous plus inhalational anesthesia) with intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Did not transfer to postanesthesia care unit. 2) missing demographic and medical record information 3) ASA classification greater than IV 4) Patients who have already awakened and had their tracheal tube removed before transfering to PACU, or who have undergone tracheotomy due to surgical reasons. 5) Patients who need secondary surgery during the recovery process from anesthesia with clinical reason
