Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent ear endoscopic surgery at the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University between August 2019 and December 2024; 2. Diagnosed with conditions requiring ear endoscopic surgery, such as chronic suppurative otitis media, middle ear cholesteatoma, otosclerosis, or ossicular chain malformation; 3. Surgery fully completed under endoscopic guidance with complete video recording; 4. Aged 18 years or older, regardless of gender;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined endoscopic and microscopic surgery; 2.Severe inflammation or lesions resulting in unclear anatomical structures under endoscopy;
