Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Sepsis group: 1) Admitted to the Department of Intensive Care Medicine at Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University and meeting the diagnosis of sepsis, both of the following conditions should be met: a) confirmed infection or suspected infection; b) SOFA score increased by >= 2 points compared to baseline; 2) After confirming the diagnosis of sepsis, underwent a chest CT scan; (2) Control group: Using case matching control method, corresponding to the sepsis group according to gender, age (± 3 years) Patients without sepsis whose BMI (± 1.5), coronary heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes history were 1:1 matched.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia; (2) Combine malignant tumors that require radiotherapy and chemotherapy; (3) Age<18 years old
