65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification is I-III level 2. Age >= 65 years old, gender not limited 3. Elective thoracoscopic lung resection surgery with an estimated surgery time of 1-4 hours 4. Expected survival period>12 months 5. Conduct ethical review and sign informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction combined 3. MMSE score<24 points 4. Alcohol or drug dependence Have undergone thoracic surgery or cranial surgery within 5.1 years 6. History of central nervous system disease or delirium occurring within 2 weeks prior to surgery 7. Participated in other relevant clinical studies within 3 months
