Remimazolam group:Anesthesia induction: continuous pumping of remimazolam at a rate of 6 mg/kg/h, cis-atracurium 0.15 mg/kg, endotracheal intubation after muscle relaxation takes effect, mechanical ve
Propofol group:Anesthesia induction: plasma target propofol (2-3.5ug/ml), after the patient loses consciousness, 0.15mg/kg of cis-atracurium is given, endotracheal intubation is performed after muscle

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age>=65 years; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. The patient or the client agrees and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with known allergies to the study drug; 2. Severe respiratory or cardiovascular system diseases; 3. Patients with a history of central nervous system disease or severe mental illness; 4. Dependence on psychotropic drugs or alcohol; 5. Preoperative delirium; 6. Those who are visually impaired or hearing impaired and unable to communicate.
