Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled to undergo elective median sternotomy with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) cardiac surgery; 2.Infants (age <= 1 year).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative renal dysfunction; 2. Renal developmental abnormalities; 3. Local skin damage preventing the monitoring of regional oxygen saturation; 4. Failure to obtain informed consent.
