Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Infants with a gestational age of 24 to 27+6 weeks underwent cranial monitoring in the coronal and sagittal planes via the anterior fontanelle by a dedicated professional using an ultrasound device (probe frequency 7.5 MHz) within 3 to 10 days after birth. In cases where intracranial hemorrhage was detected, and subsequent follow-up within one month revealed progressive ventricular dilation or parenchymal hemorrhage (Grade III or IV intracranial hemorrhage) necessitating cerebrospinal fluid drainage, parental consent was obtained with the signing of an informed consent document;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.congenital malformation ?inherited metabolic diseases?Central Nervous System Infection ?bilirubin encephalopathy;
