Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Control group (healthy volunteers): 1. Healthy people, age: >=18 years; 2. Signed consent form; 3. No history of major lung diseases; 4. No history of smoking. Inclusion Criteria for Patients in Observation Group (Nebulized Patients): 1. Age>=18 years; 2. Sign the informed consent form; 3. Have received nebulization therapy before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age> 90 years old, pregnant women, patients with hearing and hearing impairment; 2. Chest circumference less than 70 cm or more than 150 cm is not applicable to EIT straps; 3. Unstable spinal injury or inability to tolerate EIT banding through thoracic surgical incisions; 4. Electrical activity implants such as pacemakers and defibrillators; 5. Patients with high risk of airway response (active asthma, COPD).
