Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Newborns who are hospitalized in outpatient clinics or wards need to be tested for liver function if they are suffering from diseases; (2) Gestational age at birth >=35 weeks, birth weight >=2000g, age <=28 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Newborns with skin diseases, severe congenital malformations, hemoglobinopathy, and those who have received phototherapy within 48 hours and whose parents refuse to sign informed consent forms.
