18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 All patients met the diagnostic criteria of acute myocardial infarction; 2 under 80 years old; 3 PCI was performed within 1 w after admission (the first PCI treatment), and all patients underwent complete revascularization; 4 Time of onset to time of admission <6 h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 The follow-up data were incomplete and the treatment was interrupted; 2 Combined with kidney and liver disease; 3 Concomitant with congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, myocarditis and other diseases.
