Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of PD meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2016 Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease; (2) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from other a-synucleinopathies; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for dementia; (3) severe anxiety, depression and schizophrenia; (4) Combined with serious diseases of heart, lung, liver, kidney, and blood system; (5) Suffering from aphasia, severe dysarthria, and other diseases that affect clinical evaluation; (6) Patients with salivary gland and oral lesions; (7) Immune diseases or hormone therapy; (8) Refusal to accept inspection and scoring.
