18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >= 18 years old; 2 The length of ICU stay > 24 hours; 3 Transferred to general ward after treatment in ICU; 4 Informed consent has been obtained and voluntary participation in the study; 5 Patients were conscious for more than 24 hours during ICU stay.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe head injury or brain disease; 2 Cognitive dysfunction; 3 Language dysfunction, unable to communicate effectively; 4 Two or more times of admission to ICU; 5 Pre-existing mental disorders and psychological dysfunction; 6 Malignant diseases receive palliative treatment.
