Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Gender is not limited, age>=18 years; (2) ASA grading I~IV; (3) non-cardiac surgery; (4) Patients with confirmed hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have been previously diagnosed with CKD stage 3-5; 2) Patients with incomplete important information (no renal function re-examination record within 7 days after surgery, no baseline creatinine value, etc.); 3) Patients receiving long-term renal replacement therapy (hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and kidney transplantation).
