Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) full-time undergraduate nursing students who conducted a traineeship in Internal Medicine Nursing; (2) the traineeship location was the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University; (3) volunteered to participate in this stud
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Failure to complete the Internal Medicine Nursing course apprenticeship for any reason; (2) enlistment in the military; (3) leave of absence for illness or duty.
