Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The immunohistochemical results were positive for progesterone receptor and estrogen receptor. 2. The pathological diagnosis was grade G1 endometrioid carcinoma with no evidence of muscular infiltration; 3. The lesions were confined to the endometrium, and imaging examinations showed no evidence of muscular invasion, accessory involvement or distant metastasis. 4. Aged less than 45 years old; 5 No endocrine drug therapy or pregnancy contraindications; 6.Have a strong desire to have children and sign informed consent for fertility preservation treatment; 7. Good compliance, and can be followed up and re-endometrial pathological examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other gynecological diseases (endometriosis, uterine fibroids, endometritis, uterine polyps, diverticular adenomyosis) and infectious diseases; 2. Medical records are incomplete; 3. Withdrawal from treatment.
