Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old. 2. There are indications for CRRT treatment. 3. APACHE II score >=15 points. 4. CRRT treatment was performed for the first time after admission. 5. There is arterial catheterization, which can monitor arterial blood pressure in real time. 6. Mechanical ventilation. 7. I or my family members voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women. 2. Have serious heart and macrovascular organic diseases. 3. Receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, using ventricular assist devices or pacemakers. 4. At the beginning of CRRT treatment, the patient was already in a hypotensive state (mean arterial pressure < 60 mmHg).
