Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Lumbar disc herniation, with low back pain or (with) lower extremity pain, and with one or more of the following conditions as documented by lumbar x-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans: lumbar disc herniation with nerve root/spinal cord compression. 2. Complete preoperative and postoperative VAS, NDI and other score scales were recorded. 3.Patients aged 18 to 70 years with mature bones at the time of surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of lumbar internal fixation 2. Diagnosis of spinal infection with tumor or trauma 3. Alcohol and/or drug abusers who have previously received treatment for alcohol and/or drug abuse. 4. Whether there are any medical conditions that would preclude an accurate clinical assessment (e.g., neuromuscular diseases, etc.). 5. Have an obvious or active bacterial infection, local or systemic and/or potential bacteremia. 6. There is active malignant tumor or previous history of malignant tumor. 7. Intellectual impairment, which affects the accuracy of data.
