Interventions

D1:In Group D1, dexmedetomidine was continuously infused intravenously at a rate of 0.1 µg/kg·h before the start of anesthesia and maintained until the end of the operation.
D2:In Group D2, dexmedetomidine was continuously infused intravenously at a rate of 0.2 µg/kg·h after the induction of anesthesia and maintained until the end of the operation.
D3:In Group D3, dexmedetomidine was continuously infused intravenously at a rate of 0.4 µg/kg·h after the induction of anesthesia and maintained until the end of the operation.
C:In Group C, normal saline was continuously infused intravenously after the induction of anesthesia and maintained until the end of the operation.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Meet the diagnostic criteria for atrial/ventricular septal defect of congenital heart disease. 2 Aged 1 to 6 years old. 3 ASA grade II - III. 4 All the guardians of the children agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form. 5 The preoperative cardiac function was graded as NYHA class I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Second heart surgery. 2 Premature and low birth weight infants. 3 Severe cyanosis. 4 Combined with cerebral palsy. 5 Combined with severe respiratory or liver and kidney dysfunction and failure. 6 Combined with metabolic disorders. 7 Allergy to narcotic drugs; 8 pulmonary hypertension; 9 severe malnutrition; 10 Combined with other congenital diseases that affect the brain, liver, and kidneys (such as trisomy 21).
