Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for dysmenorrhea, with a Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) score of >=4 for average pain over the last 3 menstrual cycles; 2. TCM diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome; 3. Age >=18 and <=45 years; 4. Menstrual cycles in the past 3 months are relatively regular; 5. No use of analgesics or hormonal drugs, and no intrauterine device (IUD) insertion within the 2 weeks prior to participating in the study; 6. Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Patients with skin lesions at the treatment site; 3. Those with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, or mental disorders; 4. Participants who have taken part in or are currently involved in other clinical trials within the past month.
