Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The subject has no asthma, cardiovascular disease, or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; (2) The test subjects had no color blindness or color deficiency; (3) The subject did not participate in regular long-term physical exercise except for regular physical activities at school; (4) Screening of overweight and obese children: body mass index corresponding to age; (5) The subjects voluntarily participated in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Poor subject compliance; (2) During the experiment, automatically give up participating in the experiment; (3) Adolescents who did not complete the experiment according to the predetermined protocol.
