18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients aged 18 to 65 years; 2.Scheduled for elective thyroid surgery with planned intraoperative nerve monitoring; 3.Classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I to II; 4.Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 25 kg/m²; 5.Patients capable of cooperating with intraoperative nerve monitoring procedures; 6. Patients without a high risk of difficult airway.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a known allergy to lidocaine or remimazolam; 2.Patients with severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal dysfunction; 3.Patients with neuromuscular disorders (e.g., myasthenia gravis); 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Patients with a history of thyroid or neck surgery.
