Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Patients with PD: 1. Meet the 2015 MDS version of PD diagnostic criteria; 2. Age 30-80 years old; 3. Right hand; 4. There is no restriction on gender and course of disease; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 6. Able to complete all clinical assessments, peripheral blood sample collection, head MRI scans and rTMS treatments. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Control Subjects: 1. Gender, age, and handicraft match the patient group; 2. Able to cooperate to complete cognitive assessments; 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Patients with PD: 1. Unable to cooperate with MRI scan and rTMS treatment due to severe disease; 2. There are metal implants and other contraindications for MRI examination and rTMS treatment in vivo; 3. History of intracranial mass, hydrocephalus, head trauma, craniocerebral surgery, stroke, intracranial infection and other neurological diseases; 4. Abnormal signals on ordinary T1 and T2-weighted MRI examinations; 5. Comorbid psychiatric disorders; 6. Refusal of follow-up or assessment Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Control Subjects: 1. Comorbid neurological diseases; 2. Combined with severe mental illness and physical illness.
