18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age>=18 years old, gender is not limited; 2. Biopsy confirmed primary nephrotic syndrome, including membranous nephropathy (MN), minimal change nephropathy (MCD), mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (MsPGN), focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), IgA nephropathy (IgAN), mesangial capillary glomerulonephritis (MPGN); 3. Patients with hormone resistance, drug resistance and frequent recurrence; 4. Have used at least one course of repertumab treatment; 5. At least 12 months of follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lupus nephritis, purpura nephritis, diabetic nephropathy and other secondary nephrotic syndromes; 2. Rituximab (RTX) or its biosimilars have been used within 3 months before enrollment or during treatment; 3. Participate in other drug clinical studies during treatment; 4. Combined with malignant tumors; 5. Received organ transplantation; 6. Lack of clinical data related to important research indicators (such as pathological type, recurrence, etc.).
