Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age <= 12 years old <= 60 years old; 2. Depressed patients: Newly diagnosed patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Depression on ICD 10 and Hamilton Depression Scale HAMD 24, and who have not taken antidepressants, mood stabilizers, or psychotics before diagnosis. 3. BMI (kg/m 2) :18 ~ 30; 4. Have reading and writing ability and can complete the assessment scale by yourself; 5. Those who voluntarily participate in the research and sign the informed consent (or those without civil capacity who obtain the written informed consent of themselves and their guardians at the same time).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of mental illness or recent use of antipsychotic drugs and antidepressants; 2. There have been serious heart, brain, kidney and other organic diseases in the past; 3. Have obvious infection or immune dysfunction; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
