Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The parents of children who have been diagnosed with CHD and discharged after surgical treatment. 2.When conducting the survey, the age of the child is less than 6 years old. 3.Parents who live with the child and undertake the main caregiving activities. 4.The parents have no previous history of mental and psychological diseases, no cognitive impairment, and are able to communicate normally through language. 5.Those who give informed consent and voluntarily participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The child has other serious systemic diseases. 2.Those who withdraw from this research halfway.
