Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis patients with definite clinical diagnosis; 2.Volunteer and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. An upper/lower respiratory infection, exacerbation of acute pulmonary fibrosis, or other respiratory disease has occurred within the past 1 month; 2. Patients who have used antibiotics, hormones, immunomodulatory drugs or probiotics in the past 1 month; 3. Periodontal treatment within the past 6 months; 4. Patients with serious systemic disease or terminal disease.
