Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Intravitreal injections of anti-VEGF drugs / dexamethasone sustained-release agents in our hospital (the injected drugs are ranibizumab / conbercept / aflibercept / odevixibat), anti-VEGF drugs should be injected at least once a month for three consecutive times; dexamethasone sustained-release drugs do not need to be injected monthly, but only as needed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Within the past three months, there has been a history of ocular surgery or laser photocoagulation treatment for the retina; 2. Within the past three months, there has been a history of systemic or local glucocorticoid treatment; 3. Suffering from other ocular diseases that cause changes in the fundus, including polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy, glaucoma, retinal vasculitis, etc. 4. The refractive medium is significantly turbid, resulting in poor quality of OCT images (such as severe cataract, thick retinal hemorrhage, etc.).
