Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically confirmed chronic wounds with full-thickness skin tissue loss choose debridement to treat chronic wounds voluntarily and at the recommendation of specialists. Or patients with clinically confirmed non-chronic wounds should voluntarily choose surgical resection at the recommendation of specialists; 2. After the evaluation by the surgeon, all or part of the full-thickness skin tissue should be discarded; 3. Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with wounds treated with growth factor drugs; 2. pregnant or breastfeeding women; 3. having no capacity for civil conduct and unable to obtain informed consent from guardians; 4. any more complex medical problems that may interfere with research conduct or lead to increased risk, such as malignant tumors, blood disorders, AIDS, viral hepatitis, etc.
