Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants aged 30 years and above. 2. Living in the community for more than a year. 3. People have good hearing and vision. 4. Not vaccinated against herpes zoster and contraindications to vaccination. 5. People are willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with severe mental illness and cognitive disorders. 2. Has been vaccinated against herpes zoster. 3. Currently or in the last year participated in a similar study
